Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Depending upon the nature of the project we adopt either a Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach or an Incremental Controlled Iteration Lifecycle Model. We use a UML-based approach to manage object-oriented projects.

Infrastructure

Part of our solution delivery is to recommend infrastructure based on user base, usage patterns and criticality of the application. Recommendations include capacity planning for servers, network and middle-tier components.
